VIEW service fit

VIEW applies where the renter has already found the property, the viewing is already confirmed, the renter cannot attend and the agent/landlord accepts a representative.

Included baseline

STAY arrives around 5–10 minutes early, supports a live WhatsApp/FaceTime walkthrough around 20–30 minutes subject to practical access, asks up to five pre-submitted questions and provides same-day photo/video evidence plus a short Viewing Report.

Excluded

No property search, viewing procurement, rent negotiation, deposit handling, contract/legal advice, technical certification, hidden-defect guarantee or outcome guarantee.

Launch price and cancellation rule

Current launch baseline: €99 including IVA for the first 10 customers. “No viewing, no charge” applies when the already confirmed appointment is cancelled before departure, subject to the final published terms.
