Privacy and security boundary
StayProove is designed around private evidence and tenant-specific access. It is not yet open for real rental evidence; access will open only after tenant-isolation, private-storage and privacy/legal checks are complete.
STAY does not use renter case files for marketing or model training without a separate lawful basis or consent. Day 1 has no non-essential marketing tracking.
What STAY does not conclude
STAY does not decide negligence, fraud, breach, legal entitlement, technical safety or compensation. A SHA-256 hash can help show whether the same file bytes later changed; it is not legal certification.
