Does STAY tell me whether I should rent the home?
No. STAY shows and documents what was observed. The decision remains yours.
Does VIEW check hidden defects?
No. VIEW is factual visible-condition documentation during a viewing, not a technical inspection or hidden-defect guarantee.
When do I receive the evidence?
